Mickey Mouse Choo Choo Express Cake, Butterfly Cake, Itsy Bitsy Spider Cake

Mickey Mouse!!!!!! I created the cake above to look like the toy Mickey Mouse train. It was so much fun. Now, you have to understand the red is the absolute hardest color to work with so I was very pleased with how well the red engine turned out!

Mickey Mouse Choo Choo Express

The customer asked that I add a little Christmas to the train!

And Toodles of course! All of the other characters were going to be added at the party.

Winter Wedding Cake Trio, 40th Anniversary Cake, Camping and Kittens

Such a beautiful trio of cakes. Of course my camera flash decided not to work on the day that I really wanted to get some great pictures. This just does not do them justice. Each cake was painted with a shimmer and the silver dragees were so pretty and sparkly. I can not take credit for any of the design. The bride had it all planned and and pieced together just how she wanted. She was a joy to work with and the wedding reception was decorated just as beautifully as I expected. It was like a dream wedding.

Here is a shot of the cakes on location with her heritage toppers on the cakes. One was from the bride's parents' cake and the other from the groom's parents' cake. What a great idea!

Next I had the honor of creating a 40th anniversary cake for a sweet friend's parents.

The pattern on the "dress" was  a design that was sewn into the dress by the bride's mother in India made of real silver thread.

This camping cake was such fun. My boys loved it!

This sweet little ball of yarn kitten cake was such fun to create. I just love the little kitties!!!The birthday girl wanted a "pink kitten cake". She got pink!!!!

Girl Train Cake, Fish Cake and Football Cake

It's not everyday that I get to create a train cake for a sweet little girl. I had so much fun designing this one. She loves puppies and kittens, so what better cargo for the train.

Then I got to create this sweet little fish cake for a precious two year old. I also created her first birthday cake. What a joy to have a return customer!!! I hope I have the privilege of creating cake number three!
This is Sweet Stella's first Birthday cake. It was one of my absolute favorite cakes.
This sporty little football cake was created for a precious two year old celebrating his birthday for the first time with his forever family. I was so honored to created his first birthday cake. They wanted something simple just for the family to enjoy together.

Super Hero and Soccer Cakes

I got to create two of these sweet cakes this week. So strange that I had two different customers wanting the exact same cake on the same weekend. I love it though, so I had no complaints.

I created this little soccer cake to celebrate my sons last game of the season. They were such a great bunch of kiddos and my husband had the privilege of coaching them.
